Fix problems with drag cancellation. (#376535, Michael Natterer)

* gtk/gtkdnd.c (gtk_drag_source_info_destroy): Disconnect signal
handlers before emitting drag-end.
(gtk_drag_end): Disconnect signal handlers before removing
the grab.
